Before this, he worked at Commercial Bank of Africa as the Head of Information Technology. Jamie Loden is an executive leader with broad international experience gained in established and emerging markets, across both commercial and non-commercial settings. Jamie is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Diamond Trust Bank. Prior to that, he had a 15-year career in the British Army, after which he spent 11 years with Barclays where he fulfilled a variety of roles, from COO of a subsidiary to a regional operations head across 12 countries. He has wide expertise in operations and technology management including digital transformation, change delivery, customer service, governance, risk and control, and regulatory engagement. Jamie has three Master’s degrees and a Bachelor’s degree from Cranfield, King’s College London and Exeter Universities. Dr. Michael W. Kimwele is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computing within the School of Computing and Information Technology (SCIT) at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in Kenya. He holds a BSc. Mathematics and Computer Science-First Class Honours from JKUAT, a Masters in Information Technology Management from University of Sunderland UK and a Doctorate in Information Technology from JKUAT.
Currently, he is the Director-School of Computing and Information Technology at JKUAT. Dr. Kimwele has authored a commendable number of research papers in international/national conference/journals and also supervises postgraduate students in Computer Science/Information Technology. His main research interests are in Software Engineering, Computer Security and Social Computing. Snehar then joined as the start-up CFO of Eaton Towers in Kenya and Uganda with the acquisition of 3,000+ telecom towers from Airtel, Orange, Warid financed by more than $500m of Equity and Debt. Having built this profitable business with predictable long term cash flows, the business was then sold to American Tower for $1.85bn.
